Patient Reviews

We feel fortunate to have received reflections from our patients about how Falmouth Orthopaedic Center has helped them. Here are some of our favorites:

Dear Dr. Shubert,

Thank you so very much for taking good care of my son’s wrist in the Emergency Room. You were really wonderful! We are home in Miami, he has a permanent cast on now and everything looks great!

Thank s again,
Nicole M.

Dr. Shubert and Lori,

We appreciate the compassion and genuine care you showed my mother and I. We appreciate the time you took with us on each and every visit. It was obvious that our well being was your main goal.

Dear Dr. Rodrigue,

You and your staff are extremely well organized and professional. The packets I received in advance were very complete and informative regarding the procedure, schedule, directions, and expectations. A few other minor items- the surgery, hospital stay and follow-up were all excellent. The surgery itself is amazing and the recovery a “piece of cake”. I will certainly recommend you to anyone I know exploring joint replacement surgery.

Thanks a million (maybe that s/b a trillion nowadays)
Ernie A.

Dear Dr. Rodrigue,

Just a brief note to thank you for my two new knees! Indeed, you are a “super surgeon”, but that is not why I am writing you. I knew this before the operation; we did exhaustive research, and had MGH and Intermed endorsements!

You deserve my gratitude because of your personal involvement in every phase of my knee replacement surgery. You, Scott, Diane, your entire team, CARE!!!  “Care” seems to be a word that is left out in today’s health business. You and your practice do care, and I truly appreciate everything you have done for me, and that includes the input for my post-op physical therapy.

Again, thank you for caring!
Ken

Dear Dr. Anson,

I am not sure if you remember me. On June 28, 2008 you performed back surgery at Maine Medical Center in Portland to correct a problem that I had for many years with my back. After many years of back and leg pain, I have approached my first anniversary of having surgery and I want to let you know, it was a success.  It is a pleasure to begin my day with no pain and perform everyday activities.

I wanted to thank you for a job well done.

With best regards,
John S.

To Dr. Anson and entire staff:

Thank you for being such a caring professional . My granddaughter received such wonderful care by Dr. Anson pre-surgery, post and follow-up. His assistant is so very kind. Mary, we won’t forget all you have done either. You all rock!

Dear Dr. Agren,

While I no longer need to come in for check ups, I thought I would forward you how well 2009 went. With three years behind me, I really feel the surgery was a success.

20 road races

15 canoe and kayak races

3 triathlons

1 bike race

Lobstering, lobstering, and more lobstering!

All in all I would say that I am doing fine and though my back still gets sore, I am probably better than many people that are not as active as I am.

Sincerely,
Paula L.

I am writing to you in regards to my back surgery on Jan 24th 2011. It was performed by Dr. Mats Agren. I have had back problems for years as I was born with scoliosis and over the years it got worse. The curve was 35 [degrees] and I was having a lot of pain for the last two yrs. I had been to many doctors and they told me to do physical therapy and have epidural shots in my spine. I did both and no luck. My primary doctor recommended Dr. Agren. I talked to him at length at one appointment and he had me do a myelogram and when I saw Dr. Agren he told me my back is junk. He advised me he could fix the back and I would be 90% free of pain. I had the operation  and when he saw me after the operation he was amazed that I was standing up straight as he told me he fixed the curvature from scoliosis also. It has been 4 weeks now and I am almost pain free. I have been doing what he told me to do, no lifting, etc. I am so grateful that I found a doctor that could help me. I forgot to tell you that I am 66 years old now. To me he is a wonder doctor. You should be grateful to have a doctor on your staff a knowledgeable as he is.
